The Space

Warehouse 13 is a two-story loft located in the heart of District 13 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The new and contemporary space comprises 3,600 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space to host all types of events. The venue's ability to accommodate all types of events ranging from bridal showers, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, product launches, fashion shows, art galleries, fundraisers etc.  makes it a perfect and versatile space to enjoy the celebrations in one gorgeous location.

Facilities and Capacity
Warehouse 13 offers a bright and airy split-level space to host the festivities. The newly reconstructed venue features industrial-inspired ceilings, concrete flooring, and open-plan layouts, offering flexibility to meet hosts' vision. An elevated staging area creates a separate space for DJs and musicians to set the tone for the day. The mezzanine area features a bar setup to accommodate outside bartenders in providing a steady pour of drinks all day long. A separate kitchen prep area accommodates an external catering team, allowing them to work behind the scenes while rich aromas filter through. Additionally, two on-site bathrooms, fitted with modern facilities and design, extend the contemporary space's feel.
